•  Blue Shield of California PPO plans include the largest and most comprehensive PPO provider network in Los Angeles County. This includes UCLA Medical Group and Cedars-Sinai Medical Group.

• Ambetter by Health Net offers PPO plans with provider network that is considerably smaller than Blue Shield.  Ambetter network does NOT include UCLA Medical Group or Cedars-Sinai Medical Group.

• OSCAR offers a competitively priced EPO plan (kind of a hybrid between HMO and PPO - you can see any in-network provider…However, there is NO out-of-network coverage and OSCAR’s individual network NO longer includes UCLA Medical Group or Cedars-Sinai Medical Group.

• Anthem offers only HMO plans in Los Angeles County.

• Kaiser offers the least expensive HMO plans.
