Jennifer Thompson, CISR
Personal Lines Manager
 
Jennifer Thompson joined the Jaffe Insurance team in 2001 as the Personal Lines Manager. She came from an agency that specialized in entertainment and affluent accounts and brought her expertise in this area along with her. She has 15 years of experience in providing excellent customer service.

As department manager, Jennifer oversees the personal lines staff and assists in all levels of service. She is dedicated to handling difficult claims, hard to place risks, customer satisfaction and leading our team of personal insurance professionals.

Jennifer lives in Westwood with her husband, Marc, 10 year old twins and 18 month old toddler. She is a member of the West of Westwood Homeowners Association, an active member and volunteer of her children's Booster/PTA club, and team mom for a variety of her children's sporting activities including softball, baseball, football and basketball. She enjoys spending time with her family and some favorite hobbies include watching her children play sports, reading, walking, snowboarding, fishing, camping, and relaxing at the beach or poolside.
